Shipping Policy
All orders are made to order, which means we begin crafting your puzzle the moment you place your order. This is how we keep the quality high and make sure every piece is right.
Processing Time
Each puzzle takes around 3 days to craft and reach the quality we stand behind. Your order is shipped only once this process is complete. Because of this, your tracking may stay quiet for the first few days. Do not worry, this is completely normal. Your order is being carefully prepared during this time.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, estimated delivery is 7 to 12 business days, depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is usually 10 to 15 business days.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you have not received tracking after 5 business days, please reach out and we will sort it out for you.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Any free shipping offers will be applied automatically to your order.
Delays
While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, some delays are out of our hands, such as customs, weather, or carrier issues during busy periods. We appreciate your patience if this happens and we are always here to help.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before your order ships.
International Orders
For international orders, any customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout. These charges vary by country and are set by your local customs office.
